Microwave Absorption Behavior of Low Loading Ratio of Ni3+ 0.25Ni2+ 0.375Zn2+ 0.25Fe2 O4 Nanoparticles Coated with Polyaniline Within Paraffin Wax Matrix

NiZn ferrite (Ni3+ 0.25Ni2+ 0.375Zn2+ 0.25Fe2 O4 ) is coated with polyaniline (PANI) using an in-situ polymerization technique. Three various weight ratios of PANI/Ni3+ (1:1, 2:1, and 3:1) are synthesized. The absorbers synthesized by introducing PANI/F nanocomposites within a paraffin wax 25% w/w. X-ray diffractometry, FTIR spectroscopy, UV-vis TGA analysis SEM utilized in order to characterize the samples. electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding microwave absorption (MA) properties measured frequency band 8.8–12 GHz investigate characterization. Minimal reflection loss -19.8 dB at matching 10.8 bandwidth under -10 2.2 for 3.12 mm thickness surface density 3.07 kg/m2 noticed PANI/F.2 nanocomposite sample. maximum efficiency 23.18 11.1 2.90 observed nanocomposite.
